Do You Need a Family Attorney?

Please contact Welch Gold & Siegel, Pennsylvania law firm to find out what your legal options are.

What is elder law Pennsylvania?

Elder law is a type of legal practice that places emphasis on issues affecting the aging population. Lawyers usually handle a range of issues like planning a will, living wills, trusts, medical directives like power of attorney, planning for retirement, estate administration, letters of administration, obtaining social security and Medicare, planning for a disabled adult child, considering long term care insurance, nursing home care and rights, discrimination, and more.

If you're a baby boomer or older, it is recommended that you contact an elder care lawyer now so you can make decisions for yourself and your family while you still are able. If you are reading this and your own aging parents have not made these provisions, please give them a nudge and discuss the benefits of elder law.
