Social Security Legal Advice

Please contact Welch Gold & Siegel, Pennsylvania law firm to find out what your legal options are.

Social Security Law

Social security is a benefits program provided by the U.S. government. That should give you a hint that the process for obtaining social security is mired with a maze of bureaucracy and red tape.

If you have a disability and are unable to work for no less than 12 months, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits or if you are a survivor of a person with disabilities or who suffered a death and have little to no income or resources, you may also be eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Don’t think it’s as easy as filling out a few forms – it’s not. And what with federal employees being cut as well as overall budget cuts, your chances of obtaining social security disability benefits are slim unless you have a knowledgeable and devoted social security lawyer from Welch Gold Siegel, PA Pre-paid Law Firm leading the pack.
